Robbie Tillman provides us friendly and professional service each time he visits our property under our "Pest Free 365" program. We have seen much improvement in the number of bugs in and around our house. Very pleased.

Joey Hatcher did my termite inspection today. He was very thorough and explained things better than anyone in the past. I was very pleased.

They are always nice and they take care of my home! Had a water leak and they reported it for me! That great service!!

Horace was outstanding from very first contact. He is very professional, highly informative, patient while explaining and one of the kindest humans we have ever met.

Well first let me say I know this review like my last review will not be published. I notice all 19 pages of reviews each one of them is positive. After my discussion with Donna, on October 1, 2024, Office Manager for Johnson Pest Control, I thought this issue might have been resolved. She assured me that an invoice would be sent to me for my October service and I would receive it in the mail in a few days. I waited 3 weeks, called Donna and she said she would re-send it to me again. I even thought we would verify the address thinking that it was sent originally on the 1st. However, I received the invoice today dated on the day we spoke October 21st, the day I called looking for the invoice that was suppose to be sent on the 1st. I dont like be fooled or frankly lied to. It wasnt sent and if I didnt call AGAIN I still wouldnt have the GD bill. Now the next time, Jeff comes to service our residence do I have to call 2, 3 or maybe 4 times to get a bill so I can send a check? Listen, whoever is reading this. If sending a statement every other month to me is too much trouble, please say so. I know I cant give the check to Jeff or I will find another company that wont have a problem with it. Maybe you're company is so big now you dont need little old me. We have been customers before the new owners came in. So you can be honest and just say so.

Johnson Pest Control keeps our cabin pest free! Our technician, Chris, is very timely to make appointments and always says to let him know if we have any issues! We had WASPS earlier this summer, so I contacted Chris. He located and removed more nests than what we knew about! As an epipen carrier and highly allergic to insect bites, I so appreciated his attention to our wasp issue! Johnson Pest Control also provided services to my parents house too! Thanks and keep up the great work!!

Friendly and knowledgeable

We had to have termite stations reinstalled at our home due to foundation work that had to be done. Johnson Pest responded quickly to our request. The technician that did the work was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We have used Johnson Pest for years and have had excellent service the entire time.

All round great company! Will highly recommended to anyone!

Nathan is my representative and I can’t say enough good things about him. He does a great job and is always so kind. He is always agreeable to work around your schedule. He is kind to your animals also. My cat adores him and she doesn’t like many people.

Johnson’s pest control has consistently given our business 5 star services. We use them for several of our rental cabins and not only do we not have issues on ones they maintain, when we do have issues on another property they work with us to get it taken care immediately. Their technicians are great at coordinating and communicating to get in when it’s convenient for us and communicating what they found and how it was remedied. We won’t use anyone else and recommend them to everyone.

He did a thorough inspection including navigating hilly terrain around my cabin and crawling all around my fairly tight crawl space under the house.

Then, when Kaylee came out to apply the treatment, she exhibited all the same qualities and more. She explained all the treatments and did a thorough job. She made it clear that if I had any questions or concerns that I could teach out at any time. Kaylee could not have been better.

You can be confident you will be “treated” well with this company!

Nate is my bug man and doesn't excellent job. His professionalism shows in the job he does. I do not have problems with bugs at my house.

I am thrilled with the service! The operations manager, John, came out and serviced my unit and He was so especially nice and helpful and was honest and very fair. I felt very confident dealing with John as He was very polite and definitely knew exactly how to help me. Also, today I had called and spoke to another representative on the phone, named Katie, and wow...got the same incredible service. Katie was exceptional in making sure I was satisfied! I am thankful for these very nice people and great service! I am glad I decided to go with Johnson Pest Control.
